We ship right across the United Kingdom — England, Scotland, Wales and Northern Ireland. (We're UK-only for now.)

Free standard shipping on every order, with no minimum spend.

We process orders within 1–2 business days, and standard delivery usually takes 7–13 days. You'll receive a tracking link by email the moment your order ships.

No surprises — the price you see at checkout is the price you pay. There are no hidden customs or duty charges on your order.

If something isn't right, you have 14 days from delivery to request a return or exchange. Items should be unworn, unwashed and in their original condition with tags attached.

Just email support@alinacollection.com with your order number and what you'd like to do. A real person replies — usually the same business day — and walks you through every step.

Return shipping is covered by the customer, unless your item arrived faulty or incorrect — in that case, it's on us, always. This does not affect your statutory rights under the Consumer Rights Act.

Send us your usual dress size or measurements (bust, waist and hip) at support@alinacollection.com and we'll confirm the best fit before you order. Many of our silhouettes are cut with a forgiving, flattering drape, and a full size guide is on the way.

Most styles are true to size, and our wrap and flowing silhouettes are especially forgiving. If you're between sizes or unsure, email support@alinacollection.com before you order and we'll give you honest advice for that piece.

We choose flowing viscose, crepe and satin — fabrics cut to drape and flatter rather than cling. Every product page is upfront about the fabric and how a piece is designed to sit.

Coverage is the whole point of Alina Collection — sleeves, higher necklines and covered silhouettes, styled as elegance rather than compromise. Each product page describes the sleeve length, neckline and silhouette so you know exactly what you're getting.

Yes. Checkout is fully encrypted and payments are processed through Shopify's secure, PCI-compliant system. We never see or store your card details.

We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Maestro and UnionPay, plus Shop Pay, Apple Pay and Google Pay for a faster checkout — all processed securely and fully encrypted.
