Welcome to Alina Collection. By accessing or purchasing from alinacollection.com ("the Site"), you agree to the terms below. Please read them carefully.

1. Products & pricing
All prices are shown in British Pounds (GBP) and include UK VAT where applicable. We do our best to display products, colours and descriptions accurately, though slight variation may occur between screens. We reserve the right to correct any errors and to change prices or availability at any time without notice.

2. Orders
When you place an order, you'll receive a confirmation email. This confirms we've received your order — it does not guarantee acceptance. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order, including in cases of suspected fraud, pricing errors or stock issues. If we cancel a paid order, you'll receive a full refund.

3. Payment
We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Maestro and UnionPay, along with Shop Pay, Apple Pay and Google Pay. All payments are processed securely and encrypted. We do not see or store your card details.

4. Shipping & returns
Delivery and returns are governed by our Shipping Policy and Return & Refund Policy, which form part of these terms.

5. Intellectual property
All content on the Site — including text, images, logos and design — is the property of Alina Collection and may not be copied or reused without our written permission.

6. Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law, Alina Collection is not liable for any indirect or consequential loss arising from the use of the Site or our products. Nothing in these terms limits your statutory rights under the UK Consumer Rights Act 2015.
