Where we ship
We currently ship across the United Kingdom — England, Scotland, Wales and Northern Ireland.

Shipping cost
Standard shipping is free on every order, with no minimum.

Processing & delivery time
Orders are processed within 1–2 business days. Standard delivery then usually takes 7–13 business days (Monday to Friday). You'll receive a tracking link by email the moment your order ships.

Duties & taxes — no extra costs
No surprises at your door. The price you see at checkout is the price you pay — UK VAT is already included, and there are no customs charges to pay on delivery.

Tracking your order
As soon as your order ships, we'll email you a tracking link so you can follow it every step of the way. If your tracking hasn't updated after a few days, just email us and we'll look into it right away.

Delayed, lost or damaged parcels
If your parcel is significantly delayed, or arrives lost or damaged, contact support@alinacollection.com — we'll sort it out quickly with a replacement or refund.

Incorrect address
Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. If you spot a mistake, email us within a few hours of ordering and we'll do our best to correct it before your order ships.
